CLIENTS'  GUIDE

We work for clients across the public, private and voluntary sectors, including local authorities, farmers and other landowners, local schools, public utilities, hospital trusts and voluntary organisations such as the National Trust.

The following points should be of assistance to those interested in making use of our services:

We visit potential sites and discuss possible options with landowners, clients and a nominated contact

We provide an estimation of the costs and a recommended programme of work for clients to consider

Our service is not free since we have to meet the cost of materials together with necessary running expenses of the group

We encourage both long-term commitment and participation by those who make use of our services.  This is particularly the case with continuing site maintenance.  A one-off job, with no future maintenance commitment is rarely successful.  We find it useful to build in a maintenance agreement with our work

We hold full public liability cover

We generally undertake to provide all the necessary transport, tools, training and supervision.
